The Street Outreach Program is a no-barrier service to engage potential program recipients and provide basic resources and referrals. We do this through a team of Traditional Health Workers by providing street, community, and camp outreach on a regular, weekly basis, and also through referrals by community partners when camps or individuals are identified as possibly needing contact.
Current locations and hours:
- Mondays – Little Church by the Sea (Community Presbyterian Church), 29692 Hillcrest St, Gold Beach, OR 97444
- Tuesdays – Gold Beach Food Bank (Seventh-day Adventist Church), 94191 3rd St, Gold Beach, OR 97444
- Wednesdays – CE/SO in GB & PO; locally when Connection Point is happening
- Thursdays – CE locally; Connection Point in PO
- Fridays – NA
